1) All sales are final. No exceptions unless previously agreed to in writing. 2) All horses are  sound and in good health, to the best of our knowledge.  Full vet examination can be done at the BUYERS expense. 3) All horses will be sold with a clear Coggins and Health Certificate. 4) Sale proceeds must be cash or certified check before the horse(s) will be released. Personal checks will be accepted with prior approval and must CLEAR BEFORE the horse is released. We will accept half for the horse up front and the other half can be paid when the horse is picked up or delivered, however this payment must be in cash. 5) Reserving / Holding a horse: 25% of the agreed upon sale price is required to hold a horse for a prospective buyer until the horse is picked up.  The BUYER will not be responsible for board or feed for first 30 days.  After that time, the BUYER agrees to pay board($6.00 a day) if the horse will be at the sellers place for more then 30 days, unless other arrangements are made. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 6) Original registration papers and a signed transfer will be provided to the buyer  upon receipt of cash or  certified check. Unless otherwise instructed, transfer papers will be made out in the name of the buyer. 7) Buyer assumes FULL responsibility for horse upon tender of proceeds for acquiring the horse(s). 8) Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of horse to their home or training facility. Copies or originals of Coggins and Health Certificate will be provided to the individual transporting the horse per instructions from the buyer. If no instructions are received, originals will be given to individual transporting the horse.
